Freedom National Park is located at the entrance of the Alsancak region which has a walking area of 2 km. You can breathe healthily and peacefully with the smell of pine trees, ride a bike as well as walk, do your jogging and yoga. Also there are two cafes where you can take a quality break and bird nests with different names on each tree in this park. 

It is 10 minutes walk away from Terra, Natura, and Kıbrıs Town Houses.

Hikmet Ulucam has been trying to grow plants and trees that are in danger of extinction for more than 30 years so there are many precious endemic plants and cacti in the garden of the artist’s house.

Ulucam collects endemics from many parts of the world as well as endemics specific to Cyprus and grows them in his garden also he is trying to protect and keep alive some endemics such as the Medos tulip, which are in danger of extinction with his efforts.

The monastery is on a plain at the foot of the Besparmak Mountain range and 2 km southeast of Karsiyaka. You can reach this plain by taking nature walks accompanied by bird sounds, endemic plants, and the diversity of nature.

The landscape you encounter will impress you and you will be able to observe the green and blue combination when you arrive there. 

There are stairsteps, a water channel, and St. Catherine’s Church in the monastery.

Incesu Waterfall is located in Malatya Village of Alsancak Municipality. It becomes active and begins to flow during the seasons when precipitation is heavy throughout the island. 

The waterfall flows several times a year according to the efficiency of precipitation and offers a visual feast. 

Incesu Waterfall is known as the only waterfall in Kyrenia.

There is a 3 km Coastal Walkway in which some parts continue from the land and the other from the sea on the Lapta Coast.

There are cafeterias where you can drink coffee while relaxing apart from a long walk and also fishing areas.

Karşılaşılan o benzersiz manzaranın ve mimarinin Walt Disney’i de etkilediği ve bundan dolayı da Disneyland’ı resmettiği rivayet edilir.
