cancellation and refund conditions

*If the reservation is canceled in writing at least 15 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total accommodation fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded. 14 days or less before check-in: No refunds will be issued.

*Refunds will be processed within 10 business days for credit card payments and within 3 business days for cash/bank transfer payments.

*All cancellations must be made in writing.

*In case of cancellations due to force majeure, documentation must be submitted.
