FAQs

all you need to know about working at kolektif office

We offer daily, weekly, monthly, and annual membership options.

Each plan includes workspace access, high-speed internet, utilities, and access to shared areas and standard services.

Details are outlined in our Membership Form.

Yes, members may invite guests, but all guests must be registered in advance via the KOFFI App.

Each member can host up to 3 guests per month, and the same guest may enter only twice per month.

Guests must arrive and leave within working hours (08:00–20:00).

If these limits are exceeded, an additional guest fee per hour will apply.

kolektif office is open Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 23:00 and Saturday 08.00 – 17.00. Access outside these hours is not permitted unless stated in your membership.

Meeting rooms may be requested for after-hours use with at least 1 day’s notice, subject to approval.

Membership fees cover:

  • Access to shared working areas

  • Utilities (electricity, water, heating/cooling)

  • Standard services (tea/coffee during working hours, reception, cleaning, etc.)

  • Internet access (10 Mbps/person)

  • A set number of free meeting room hours for monthly/annual members

Additional services (like printing or extra meeting room use) are charged separately and detailed in the app.

Yes. Meeting rooms are available to members during weekdays from 09:00 to 20:00.

Monthly and annual members receive 5 free hours/month in small rooms, and 1 hour/month in large rooms.

Extra hours or non-member usage will be charged (€35/h small, €55/h large).

Bookings must be made via the KOFFI App, at least 2 hours in advance.

Cancellations must be made no later than 2 hours before the reserved time.
